Orders and Pick-Up / Delivery Information (Australia)

Orders may be collected from our farm by appointment only. All pick-ups must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.

Farm Pick-Up

Pick-ups are available Monday to Friday, between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged in advance. Alternative times may be considered upon request.

Delivery Options

We also offer delivery via a private carrier to your address within Australia.

• Delivery fee: AUD $4.95 per kilometre

• Distance is calculated from our farm location to the delivery address

Information Required in Your Message

Please include the following details to help us assist you efficiently:

• Species and number of birds (or pairs) required

• Preferred date and time for pick-up or delivery

• Delivery only: Full delivery address

Once received, we will confirm availability and advise whether your requested date and time can be accommodated. If applicable, an invoice will be issued for a deposit or full payment.

Deposits & Payments

• A 10% deposit is required to reserve any birds for pick-up or delivery

• Deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels or does not arrive

• If we are unable to supply the birds, the deposit will be fully refunded

• The remaining balance for pick-up orders must be paid in cash at collection

Delivery Orders

• Full payment is required at least 72 hours before delivery

• If a delivery order is cancelled, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted

• Unless otherwise agreed, all orders must be collected or delivered within two weeks of the invoice date

Crates & Transport

• Ducks and pheasants will be supplied in transport crates unless stated otherwise

• We do not supply crates for swans

You are welcome to bring your own crate:

• Small pet carriers are suitable for most ducks and pheasants

• Use multiple smaller carriers rather than one large crate to avoid injury

• One large dog crate is sufficient for one pair of swans

Crate Transfers

• Customers who open transport crates are fully responsible for securing birds

• If a bird escapes during transfer, payment is still required

Health & Guarantee

• All birds are guaranteed healthy and sound at the time of pick-up or delivery

• No guarantees apply once birds are in the customer’s care

• Veterinary health certificates are available upon request:

  • AUD $120.00 for 1–50 birds

  • For more than 50 birds, please enquire for pricing

• Health certificate requests must be made at least one week in advance

Additional Information

• Requests to add birds to an existing order must be made:

  • At least 24 hours before pick-up, or

  • 72 hours before delivery

• Please read your invoice carefully, as it may contain additional order-specific details

• All birds sold are fully feathered and adult size

• We do not sell ducklings or partially grown birds

Farm Pick-Up Rules

• Farm tours are not available

• Customers are not permitted inside bird housing areas, in line with biosecurity guidelines

• Most collections will take place at the farm gate
